We then headed for brunch. Gary had been talking up churros for who knows how long in the lead up to the trip. Well, they were crap. Full stop.
Originally, we had planned to go to Cordoba, but decided that 2 nights in Seville would be better. We had our Eurail reservation from Cordoba to Cadiz but planned to meet the train in Seville on it's way through. One hour in the train station was enough so we grabbed earlier seats on the first train that came. This meant we arrived in Cadiz 2 hours earlier than planned. After we checked to our hotel, that gave us time to head to the beach and swim at the hottest beach with the coldest water you will ever know. The North Atlantic is not quite the same as the South Pacific.

We then thought we'd try our luck with Paella once again at a nice place near the cathedral.
Thought for the day. Not all Paellas are born equal.
