The Lady of the Lake

Sirmione also has a major feature, the ruins of a Roman Villa right at the edge of the peninsular. We decided to check that out in the morning, then had a heap of gelati before during and after our lunch.







After lunch we headed back to where we got off the bus yesterday as that was where the supermarkets were. We were having another break from our trip so it was a fairly easy day. We settled in for an early night.
